Zink Grill

Tucked in between fashionable boutiques at Biblioteksgatan, a new restaurant with a Parisian flair is ready to turn on the heat.

Zink Grill is the new brainchild of Peter Nordin and his wife Carina, who also owns the legendary Prinsen, located just around the corner. Except for the simple but delicious food, carefully prepared on the charcoal grill, it’s the bar counter that is the masterpiece of the restaurant. Zink is very proud of the antique piece of furniture from 1933, that was found in France. It’s partly made of zinc and Yves Montand is said to have spent early mornings on the right corner, enjoying his pastis, coffee and croissant.

The ambience is a French bistro, offering a menu of well hanged meats, fresh fish, your own choice of side dishes and a tempting dessert selection. Zink is open all day, from the morning coffee to the late dinner after a movie. Bon Appétit!
